Wavefront Coded Zone Plates

Wavefront coded zone plates (WCZP) are being used to extend depth of field in the full-field soft x-ray microscope. Currently, WCZPs with a cubic phase
(as shown in figure 3) have been made and experiments at the full-field soft x-ray microscope
are being performed.
